Lloyd Daniels Voted of X Factor

Welsh singer Lloyd Daniels has been voted off The X Factor.

Daniels performed I’m Still Standing and Million Love Songs on Saturday’s show, but received the fewest amount of votes from the public.

The result means Stacey, Joe, Danyl and Ollie will all compete in next week’s semi-final.

Daniels said: “Despite all the criticism I still came out and gave everything. I’ve enjoyed every moment and I’d like to thank everyone for voting for me.”

His mentor Cheryl Cole said: “I’m really proud of him, and he needs to be really proud of himself. It’s amazing he’s come so far. He’s only 16, he’s got loads of time to go and loads of potential. He’s going to blossom into a little star.”

He then closed the show with his rendition of Million Love Songs.
