Cheryl Cole Refuses to Vote!

Treyc Cohen is the seventh act to be eliminated from the X Factor top 16.

Treyc came in the bottom two along with Katie Waissel in the public phone votes.

Treyc performed Un-Break My Heart by Toni Braxton while Katie Waissel performed Don’t Give Up on Me by Solomon Burke as their sing off songs.

Simon Cowell voted to save Katie.
Cheryl Cole refused to vote as both were her acts.
Dannii Minogue voted to save Katie
Louis Walsh voted to Katie, resulting Treyc being sent home.

Treyc now joins Miss Frank, Scott Bruton, Emily Nakanda, Dionne Mitchell and Phillip Magee as 10th place contestants.
